Bramble Theatre Company presents a staged reading of RONA FORTUNAE, written by Rammel Chan and directed by Hannah Todd. There will be a short talkback after the reading. The Spring Reading Series is being presented in collaboration with Oak Park Area Arts Council.   This reading will be presented at Madison Street Theatre in Oak Park.  Drowning in debt and feeling stuck, Henry finds himself in the midst of some crazy ass illuminati shit in the Tether program. In exchange for a simple gift of a million dollars a year, billionaire adherents tether their souls to the souls of good commoners in order to karmically avoid damnation by the Wheel, the scientifically proven One True God.
